 | For caving, rappelling and rescue operations. Construction features a polyester sheath for heat, chemical and abrasion resistance, and nylon core for high tensile strength. KMIII static kernmantle rope is a balanced construction consisting of a continuous filament polyester cover braided over a uni-directional nylon core. KMIII is designed to meet the rigorous requirements associated with rescue and rappelling operations. KMIII is dual certified (CE & NFPA).

| | Edelweiss low stretch ropes are the perfect combination of price and quality. Edelweiss low stretch ropes differ from American static lines due to the fact that they are designed to take up to a factor 1 fall. These ropes will stretch a little to allow them to absorb a fall. The 9mm lines are made completely from Polyamide (nylon), which gives them a high strength while still allowing them to stretch a little. All Edelweiss low stretch ropes are treated with Everdry. These ropes are great for caving, canyoneering and climbing. CE and UIAA certified. #443-410

Great Outdoors Depot carries a large assortment of climbing equipment, rock climbing equipment, rock climbing gear, climbing rope, and more!
Route 44 is a new, unique technology invented and patented by Singing Rock. For years, static ropes have been made with sheaths that use 48 yarns. This was fine in the past, but with thinner cores due to better materials, manufacturers needed to make the sheath thinner. In order to do this, many just used thinner yarn for the sheath. This just weakened the rope and it's durability. Singing Rock decided to find a better way. The Route 44 technology allows 44 yarns to be woven into the core allowing for a better fit. Static rope made with Route 44 technology is more compact, softer, has stable diameter, and above all: it is far stronger than any other European static line.
CE, UIAA and NFPA certified. #448-690
